JOHNNIE'S HIDEAWAY

CLIENT

Johnnie's Hideaway

INDUSTRY

Restaurant

OBJECTIVE

Johnnie’s Hideaway is a fairly new restaurant, which made its debut into the Orlando dining scene in June 2008. The restaurant location is in the heart of Orlando and gaining recognition for its floribean flair and collection of Highway Men Art. Because of Johnnie’s being so new a plan was never laid in place for the advertising and promotional materials. Everything that was created for the restaurant was done quickly and by multiple designers, leaving no consistency.

STRATEGY

We wanted people to associate Johnnie’s Hideaway as a place where they could go to remove themselves from the busy Orlando metro area. So emphasizing the floribean theme and the lakeside tiki deck with the award-wining menu were two key factors in deciding the look and feel of the restaurants advertising and promotional materials.

RESULTS

We created a brochure, billboard, taxicab ad and website concept for Johnnie’s Hideaway. In all of the deliverables we were able to bring a consistent identity and message.
